Another way to use blogs with your students is to 'talk' about current events. A teacher can ask for opinions based on news articles, school activities and more. This week on my blog, I will ask a question about Korea's new space program. Earlier this year, we all saw the first Korean astronaut go into space and starting next year, Korea will begin launching it's own aatettites into space. Read the articel here.
The question is; Do you think that Korea should be spending billions of won on establishing a space program?

Sure, if we do not prepare now, we will be a drop-out in the competition of space. In the future our descendants may leave to find another stars to survive.
Hello. It's a little gloomy, rainy night. Everybody has a kind of fantasy about space. Some day we'll have a fantastic space trip.
Before that, there are many things to do in order to take the road less travaled. Some people are skeptical of succssful space age because of tremendous money. However we should extend the frontiers of science. I'm looking forward to contacting someone on earth from space. It will be a breathtaking adventure.

Are you OK? Today I've heard that you are sick. My classmates and I really worried about you. And I hope you'll recover your health soon.
Anyway, I think Korea should invest more money into space program though it is expensive and the result will not be satisfactory right now. Space is infinite and we know little about that now. So if we research and study more about space, we may get new future and our life can be chaged a lot. Imagine! If we can go to space trip(not field trip) and visit venus as if we went to the U.S.A, we'll be more excited. How fantastic it is!

I heard you are sick. I am sorry about that and I hope you get well quickly. Don't worry about today's class. Our class wrote 6 topics and discussed them. In fact, I am very satisfied with what we did. What a good student we are. We studied for ourselves. (^^ )
Well, I think before that we should invest more on education. Students do not want to major math and basic science like physics or astronomy because they are not profitable yet. We should encourage them to study without worrying about their breadwinning.

Are you ok? I hope you get well soon. Thank you for your devotional teaching. I think Korea space program is basic stage and we should invest in it much more. Many modern of core technologies were developed from it. They make our living much more convenient. Also I heard that U.S.A space program conquered the unthinkable space of universe within 4%. This makes us think of the limitation of human faculty.
Absolutely, I think we should spoend more money on research of space. Now we face lots of environmnetal problems. To solve these problems we need to study out of the air. Furthermore some developed countries have studied for long tome in the space. For our futher we need to turn our eyes to the space.
